fozzie1964, thanks for going down there and speaking to them. At least someone is giving a good shot. I do appreciate your efforts!

However, there is a problem with their anwer to #7:

7. Vodkas: Problem with the supplier that I believe has been remedied.

Well, someone is lying! Who was it that told you this? Calvin Ross has been telling people all along that they were waiting for approval from the 'ATF.' Now they are saying it was their supplier? They apparently can't keep their stories straight.

I don't know if you read my 5 page post about Excuse Vodka and my phone call to Calvin Ross. If you haven't read it, I can send it to you in a PM. If you have read it, you have my sympathy! LOL.

Quickly, from the information that I was able to get, I know for a fact that Calvin never did file an application with the California ABC for a liquor license. I had their special investigative unit look into it. They have no information on NGCG.

With the TTB (The Feds), even though they will not tell you if a company has actually filed an application, it states on their website that it takes less than 1 month to approve and issue a liquor license. Calvin said he submitted the application back in March. We are going on somewhere between 170 and 180 days with no liquor license. Even if they had one or two corrections to be made, it would not take anywhere this long. It doesn't do much good to have a supplier if you don't have the import liquor license to get it into the country. Also, the company doing the importing also has to fill out documents for the TTB.

Their only option if they haven't sent in an application is to sell it overseas only. No U.S. sales. The problem with that is that there would be no way to track sales. We would have to believe everything they say in their filings. For me, not a chance. I know the kind of 'liberties' non-reporting companies take in their filings.

Bottom line, by all accounts it appears NGCG has never filed any applications for any liquor license for Excuse Liquor. If you had read my post and knew this, I wish you would have asked them about that.

I already had someone today ask for all the contact info on everyone - he was going to call all of them and get some answers. I wish everyone would do that.

Anyway, you're a good man, fozzie, and again, thank you for the effort. It's appreciated.
