looks like paid debt/ may look here / SIRG entered into a Convertible Promissory Note with Asher on Feb. 29, 2012.

On August 24, 2012, SIRG paid in full the Asher Enterprises Inc.
Convertible Promissory Note dated February 29, 2012.
