Deep Blue Marine (DPBE)

It's been awhile since I checked, but I assume there still is NO legal entity "Deep Blue Marine" in any state. If anyone knows otherwise, please post the links - I'm not going to waste my time looking it up. So, I'll ask again, assuming that any distribution will ever be made, who for "DPBE" is going to accept it, as the company no longer exist (unless that has changed). Obviously, if no legal entity exist, no contract can be made with Deep Blue Marine for future endeavors.

Of course, then there are those here on this board who have expressed that "the contract" was executed directly with Wilfy-boy and not DPBE, so we're all screwed anyway.
