Is this what the scam told ya?? Then where's the June ending quarterly report? eh?? and how's comes they didn't tell ya that the year ending, sept 30 report, doesn't come out until November?

10-Q 3rd quarter was due August 14, not September, LOL. !

quarterly reports have a 45 day grace period, hence 3rd is long past due and annual 60 which means November.
