I continue to be long APTS, which is in my opinion a good growth story, that should raise their divy later on in the year. Meantime it pays roughly 7%. The reason for this post though is insiders have been buying over the last week, and in my opinion that is a positive sign. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
