That's what my valuation is based on, current value and the facts that I am aware of- not based on future value. I am sure that The MM's are keeping the price down, however I do not see any substantial buying. I do believe there will be dilution, but only to fund buying a company. However, if the acquired company has a good balance sheet and no debt, with a decent cash position the dilution will not matter. Just IMO opinion I believe CCEL is interested in CBAI not because of their worth as a stand alone company, but are interested in CBAI'S sales. Currently CCEL has 20 mill. in sales and CBAI has 5 mill. This would increase CCEL'S sales 25%.Also,CCEL will get 700m in cash, and the debt, but CCEL has the cash to pay the debt off so that would not be a problem.
