Every "HQ" location "including International" for mcig and vtcq is a virtual office. The game is not about selling product, never was, IMO. Talk about things that excite investors but never actually intend on implementing, like online advertising for one. Its about getting OPM because Paul was smart enough to buy a shell and issue himself a whole lot of paper. The goal is to cash out which he has failed to do. Next time he will do it right, whenever that next hot bandwagon shoots by him. Watch and learn. Everyone learns from their mistakes, eventually, most do anyway.
