ORDER SETTING PRE-TRIAL AND TRIAL DATES
This case involves a franchise business that provides machines that eliminate the smell in used cars. (Dkt. 1, Compl. ¶ 19.) Plaintiff alleges that Defendants AirTrona Canada and its agent made promises in connection with selling him such a franchise but did not keep them; he also says he received only one machine despite paying for two. (Compl. at 8–10; see also Dkt. 8, Disc. Plan.) The case is ready for trial. As a follow-up to some outstanding matters raised at the pretrial conference on June 29, 2015, the Court held a telephone status conference with all counsel today, September 3, 2015. In accordance with that call the Court sets the following schedule:

(1) by October 13, 2015, the parties are to (a) exchange proposed findings of facts and conclusions of law as described in the Court’s case-management requirements (see Dkt. 32 at ¶ 10), (b) file motions in limine (if any), and (c) submit to the Court a revised joint proposed final pretrial order reflecting the possible narrowing of claims as discussed at the June 29 pretrial
conference;

(2) by October 20, 2015, the parties are to each submit their proposed findings of facts and conclusions of law to the Court as described in the Court’s case-management requirements
(see Dkt. 32 at ¶ 10);

(3) the bench trial will take place on October 27, October 28, and October 29, 2015, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. each day.
