I remember the news of Sabine merger with Forest Oil a chance to go public... think are they dumb ... a company in financial trouble, you want to merge with?

Sabine Oil when do we get to see your smarts? What about all those press releases this Spring for shareholders... Shareholder (oh chit that's me) seem like a bug headed for a windshield... will we fly up or lose at guts?
