Have to see if they will do another file before everyone get on board. We all know andi knows how to run in OTC. It had been 3years or so since they pop. Their SS isn't high like most dead stock.

Recent filing make us all wonder and a lot of sideline watching. Hence, the 2 volume surge back in July aka preload. New CEO have all the preferred shares. It had been over a year since he took over. I doubt after 1 year he start filing just for fun.

He is looking for CD people or already got a few for the reason to file. Once those guys are ready, they will pump. B/c no point filing and can't even sell due to no bid. I know 2 CD should be converting in November. So, maybe October we might see some fun.

But like always, triple zero no bid. Lotto at best. Good luck. that is my take on this and reason why I'm buying and holding ANDI. I will accumulate more when my other stocks are running a bit more profitable.
