The New OS was 23,725,528 shares as of 09/01/2015 (see the link below)! Thus the current MV at $0.1505 is $3,570,692 which is ridiculous high as a start-up business without any revenue/income nor any meaningful assets!

The similar OS peer (ecpl: 22M shares FIXED OS) is trading at the joke low $8K MV (at 0.0004) now! Another larger OS peer (tytn: 37M/43M shares FIXED OS/AS) is just trading at $44K MV now! Even the much higher OS peer (exla: 106M shares FIXED OS) is only trading at $30K MV now! Why should SGAED be traded at $3.57M MV?
