Only problem is: original management abandoned this MGLG shell over 10 years ago. Why in the world would they want it now? At least then it was pink sheet garbage, but tradeable. Now it's just one big liability. They will and have avoided MGLG like the plague. No one is coming back for it. The 6 years since SEC suspension pretty much nailed that coffin shut

Since the shell was hijacked and proven in the courts to be illegal. By default ownership should remain with the original name of record. Since nothing ever legally transfered.
