Good question on how Jeff's new shares would affect the dividend distribution. I would think they would not be included since it was stated that HTSC shareholders would get 0.153 shares of MRDN for each HTSC share. If the distribution were to be made based on the current O/S, there would be no way they could meet the 0.153 ratio unless HTSC somehow got more MRDN shares.
