If they didn't occupy the "Corporate Headquarters", then they LIED when they said they moved there and CONTINUED the LIE by using the address in PRs and their contact info on their website, didn't they.
They became responsible for the rent the minute they used the address as they are the successor to PVEC, are they not? When they "merged" with PVEC and used the address, they took over responsibility for the rent.
Remember, they moved into that office "to be closer to their manufacturing facility". Of course, THAT was a LIE TOO, wasn't it.
