They are full of PR's that promote "plans for this" and "strategic partnerships for that". These are empty promises designed to keep trading volume up so they can continue to print and sell shares to unsuspecting buyers. None of these schemes will result in any profit, which in the end is the only thing that will cause an increase in the pps.
This is abundantly clear to those willing to pay attention to the complete picture.
