GNCP - Please post the new rule specific to reporting to the tape.

The transactions were reported to the consolidated tape, saying otherwise is quite FALSE. But at this point what is one to expect when quoting no longer valid rules for over 5 years.....

Neither trade was reported within the 90 seconds required, and neither trade was reflected in the PPS that they were executed at.

Neither iHub's feed for quotes nor ETrade's feed for quotes demonstrated a return to $0.0001, after the $0.000001 manipulative trade that occurred earlier in the day.

That sounds like price point and market manipulation to me!!!
