Equally humorous is the deflection of blame for MRIB's failure from Margrit, to virtually any or every one other than she.

Who promised to market and sell both wine and brandy, announced the products, only to have them vanish?
Who promised a national ad campaign which never materialized?
Who promised a pleasant surprise in a particular financial report, though all the reports have been abysmal?
Who promised a famous voice over the for single ad produced?
Who promised a hundred sales reps hitting the streets well over a year ago?
Who promised shipments to Brazil, which never materialized?
Who announced three contracts worth $105 million, which never generated a penny in revenue?
Who predicted a PPS of $.20 by year end 2014?
Who claimed the Brazil shipment was re-routed to the states, which never happened?

Yet, to hear some, Margrit is blameless for the condition of the PPS. It defies both logic, as well as the clear facts, to posit something so utterly ludicrous. When she announced contracts with India years ago in version 1.0, and they never amounted to a dime in revenue, was that also not her fault?

Margrit has played this game not once, but two times now; nevertheless, there remain some looking to place responsibility anywhere other than where it belongs, and that is squarely on Margrit's shoulders.

Some wonder why a shareholder would be so utterly negative relative to a company in which he or she owns stock. It's not complicated really - my investment in MRIB is lost money, simply because Margrit cannot and will not ever be capable of creating and operating a successful company. The actions she will have to take to remain in her role, comply with the Bodie settlement, and keep up the appearance of operating a viable concern, will at some point force her to finish off her present shareholders (as she did years ago in V 1.0) and attract an entire new group of future bagholders.

It doesn't take ridiculous conspiracy theories and off-setting blame or complex trading scenarios to explain what is right there in black and white for all to see.
