The AGENCY/AGENTS are not as credible as they would want people to think they are !!



So true BAMFACTSTER !! They lose up to 70 % of the cases they prosecute in court. This case is so weak The SEC lost the fight to keep the case in their hometown Federal Court. They no longer have the cushy judges to hear the case.

The venue was moved to NOLA. Treaty's home court. Booyah !

All the successful attorney's have left the SEC and gone on to private practice. Who is now representing Treaty. Not the FAB 97, as they have their own.

It is said by some The SEC has magical powers. I really don't think they could pull WABBIT out of a Hat. And that's just plain despicable.

TREATY IS NOW TRIMERICA YET THE INFORMATION HAS YET TO BE UPDATED .. SURE WISH THOSE IN THE POSITION TO UPDATE THE BOARD WOULD DO WHAT ARE REQUIRED TO DO ....
