It does not take 4 days to get the phone service back up and working.

So, I would go out on a limb and say the phones are not working because the bill was not paid.

We all know JB has the resources to get the bill paid ... that is true. Then only reason the phone service has not been restored is because JB does not want to put his own money into the company for the obvious reason that he will never see a return on his investment in the phone service. He has no intention of developing, marketing or selling any KRYRON based products
