Hey waitforit, I noticed some one here on the board said something to the effect that with the upgrades ONCS has gotten or reiterated today by Zacks that it retreated in price today. Sure it did by a few cents but it was up big yesterday by nearly .50. I don't understand why this stock is so not believed, do you?
