The Provista LOI expires in November 2015.

(OK we all know it expired in 2010, but let's play along.)

If Provista does not merge into Radient Pharmaceuticals by November 2015, it's not going to happen, correct?

Or will we then claim the 2010 LOI was just another smokescreen?
