But here's the thing even if they take the $13 offer at $11.75, we are talking about 10% upside (Not that much), and with my review of my DD I realize they have energy exposure and south america exposure, both of which I don't want. And yes could they take a buyout, I don't think they will, those prices are not that much higher then current prices. And I'm concerned about earnings, based on the info. I'm looking at. Maybe EEI will prove us wrong, but I think the prudent thing is to take profits at current prices in my opinion, and not hold into earnings. Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
