Believe me I realize JJ has been a big problem and continues to be one,but it does not excuse the lack of DD on potential JV partners. JJ is greedy but not stupid. If Chapin had spent just an hour on the internet checking Ulander out he could have told JJ this deal will fail.

This is the past and I am ready to leave it in the past as long as others see it for what it really is poor execution of the BOD reponsibilites.
