Why would the LLC buy and pay even the 0001 cent just to blow the money > Sorry that make no sence either.
Let say all they did was put up $20, 000 to get those shares why would you waste $20k in the first place and it you did why not sell it for $40K if you do nor believe in the investment you made The LLC.
