When I had my corporation in the late 80's and did business in 17 states...In order to take a matter to the courts, you have to be registered in that certain state and/or commonwealth..The transfer agreement of the Trademarks are bound by the Laws of Florida..You need to be registered in Florida as a foreign corporation in order to file a lawsuit..In our research we could not find AMDL Diagnostics regitered in the State of Florida..I registered in Florida back in the 80's and it is a simple process and not expensive..Who ever has control of AMDL Diagnostics has to be registered in Florida..Also you need a good attorney to represent your interests you understand...Here is who we came up with..DRUM ROLL please..
