I will agree that the funding has been a issue.

However there are many LLC investor the could have sold there shares over this last 9-12 months and made money since they get them at 0001 cent.

if you look at the volume over that time and taking all trading into acct. I see no where that they sold more that a few 100 million out of the 1.7 billion they likely hold still.

So i feel they know more about TCEL inter workings, than we do and in my opinion there still holding. SO just because The funding has not happen yet , dose not mean it can not happen and i think the LLC think that also and they could have taken there money and run with a profit !!!
