As I mentioned on Monday, it "appears" from level II NITE is most likely the Broker selling the Tangiers Puts. VFIN pops up when they want to sell as well, but I think they are still holding and unloading the conversion notes from past.

In order to move higher, there must be some decent news coming from LBSR in way of "BLM claims and rental fees" being paid - plus throwing in some other tid-bit of good news.
