I come up with .025.. 2 1/2 cents a share as my guesstimate.
Take CBR s 126 MM revenue, AMAG paid roughly 5.5 million per 1 million revenue.

Now apply that to CBAI s aprox 6 million revenue x 5.5=33 million value using this same metric/ 33 mm divided by 1.3 billion shares comes to roughly 2 1/2 cents per share.
