the targeting of legit OTC stox/companies isn't *unique* to P2O via PTOI

and this was never *retail*

but retail is conditioned by rote

documentation is this FILTHs' achilles' heel

unlike most *targeted* OTC stox .. heavily manipulated/poorly watched

PTOI is only heavily manipulated ..
