mrbubba, you are right on with understanding the importance and significance of the 15% retained interest... how it will benefit MDMN and it's shareholders... it's a sweetheart deal...!!!

MDMN management deserves all the credit... for putting the Mountain together... and bringing the deal with Auryn to the table... getting it signed...

Some challenges and hurdles... were met and cleared along the way... but that is normal course of business in all companies...

Why some can't/won't see that... and give credit... where credit is due... well... you can't please all the people all the time...

What amazes me more... is... the continued drone of bemoaning the past... that the deal didn't come together faster... but took the path that it took...

I say it's time to let go of the past...
