djohn...if I may...the tumor environment promotes the presence of MDSCs and stops the production of the mature Dendritic Cells. As in the PD-1 angle where there is ~25% ORR, the CD-47 looks like it may work but it will be limited because the Dendritic Cells are not present....of course, unless the patient is pre-treated with Bavituximab.

Phosphatidylserine IS the target to be manipulated.
