They have very little cash and will have to sell more shares or borrow as you say. They owe $350,000 now and will need another $250,000. I just do not see what you see here. Blown through almost 10 million over the years and have less than $50,000 in revenue to show for it. Not what I consider a successful business thus far. They paid their 'partner' $25,000 it looks like. Not sure what for. Maybe Steve Parent, the common link between both companies, needed spending money. Sorry, Bali still don't trust these guys.

Maybe soon I will go visit their partners office and check it out?
