IMO if you look around penny stock land AVEW, although not moving right now, but in a holding pattern, is one of the safest places to invest in penny stock.

Management is slowly and methodically doing everything they say they are going to do with the company. AVEW will reach OTCQB status soon and eventually work their way to the Nasdaq!!
