They can't even apply for Chapeter 11 since they're still in JR Application.

Ya that's not how it's going to go.

First they were denied a license. They filed a JR and got all the information they needed from HC to bury them.

The hole has been dug, HC is looking down and this NFTA chapter 11 is pushing them into the grave.

It's all over now for HC IMO and we will see some hurry up offence in the next couple of days.
