And without the AUDITED FINANCIALS you have no way of knowing whether your "reported 2 million dollar in sale this quarter" is undermined by 10 billion Authorized shares and 5 billion in Outstanding shares, as can be done by the CEO on his own, without knowledge of the shareholders, considering the supervoting rights he has with preferred shares. However, your justification for not having AUDITED FINANCIALS raises suspicion of your intention; I doubt you are 'long' in the investor sense and more than likely looking for a short term gain, tossing caution and AUDITED's to the wind.
