My pleasure. Yes, the young are usually of the grandiose mindset for going to war - full of testosterone and wanting to kick some ass. I know I was - though they never sent me any where. There's such a wide variety of experiences one can have. Some people loved their time in, others highly disappointed, and others, even worse, scarred for life - mentally and/or physically. In either event, only two percent of the population ever dons a uniform, and it's an honorable and selfless act to put yourself in harms way for the purpose of protecting the freedoms of others. I appreciate all who do and wish I could have done more. I also appreciate those who go out of their way to honor veterans and especially to help veterans in need.
