When colluding entities are being thrown around as the reason for a stock failure, you best run away quickly.
The history feature on Ihub clearly shows that you will be left with a huge loss on any stock where this bogus phenomenon is mentioned.
Buying lower and lower and never selling is what colluding entities want longs to do. By the time most figure it out, it's too late to sell, and they hold to zero.
So easy to see, yet it still happens over and over.
