I think it will be a hoot to see USPR issue a report entitled "43-101 compliant", and use units like g/meter to describe their assay results.

Perhaps I have been taking that unit too literally but it would be better labeled as a unitless indicator. A "rule of thumb" indicator has no place in a PR and especially in a SEC filing (since this company has been good about filing 8K's for every PR containing assays).

Not so good, however, in complying with the SEC comment letter in 2011, asking them to use a disclaimer every time they mention a 43-101 report.
