Whether it be a 15% "equity interest", a 15% NSR, a 15% FCI, or 15% of a turd in a punch bowl, YOU CANNOT NAME ANOTHER DEAL WHERE THE TRANSFERROR RETAINED 15% of ANYTHING

Let me make sure I'm getting this straight: you can't articulate exactly what the 15% IS, but you feel it is a great deal, the likes of which has never been seen? Sorry, Bubba, but I'm kinda' gettin' sick of these "way better than industry standard deals", not that I actually believe this is such a wonderful deal, as we don't know any of the specifics. Isn't this our third "unprecedented" JV, I've lost count, and don't they generally disappoint?
