And don't tell me we get 15% out of the magnanimity of Auryn's heart ..... The truth is, after learning from their failures, our guys sought counsel and negotiated astutely.

Bubba, I think it is wonderful you're so excited about the "15%". Please share with us the specifics as to how this "15%" is going to actually function. The company has been silent as to specifics, though they did use the term "equity interest" in one communication.

I don't know about you, but the lack of detail about the "15%" coupled with the generally sloppy nature of our "boyz" work, causes me concern. One has to wonder why the details of a presumably simple mechanism is kept from stockholders. Then again, maybe it is under NDA until FINRA and Homeland Security have had their say...
