It is telling how few have to courage to recognize this simple reality:

At best you are going to wait until the market turns and see if Auryn thinks they can make money by exercising or possibly selling their interest. They are buying 85% of the asset. They care little about the shareholders. As the market has deteriated they very well could modify their offer or not proceed at all.
