the Company will issue Flex 23,500,000 shares of restricted common stock within the next 90 days at a deemed value of $0.05 per share.

If Flex starts to sell those 23.5M shares then we might see the price decline to 0.01 or lower. But before that sales action SGAED should hold the bottom support at 0.05! Anyway someones dumped 4,814 shares at 0.15 ~ 0.1505 today! The ask was 0.2 a while ago and backed to 0.25 now. The bid is 0.1 currently and the next bid is 0.05.
