This "company", DudS r US, is merely a bunch of hobbyists who got together to try to make their hobby pay for itself at investor's expense.

That's just part of the story here. The uglier story is that it is a continuation of PVEC. Certs sent to selected investors. No signs of a merger. CM Research and their bullying tactics. And so on.....
