Of not, between VFIN popping in and out and the lack of financials as well as the declining PPS over the last 6 months It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out the company is diluting.
Oh right, and there's that little thing about the TA being gagged that would instantly clear this up.
Kinda funny the company would do that right when the last pump ended and now nobody knows how many shares are out there.
