Well, gone are the days when the management of this company would update shareholders with info about how great it's going and oozing out the energy. It's obvious (to me) that the energy and the good feelings are gone. The next step is seeing how the company unwinds and how the dollars are split up. There are lots of preferred shares which are convertible of upwards of 800M shares. Yes....there are only about 750M share authorized and 706M outstanding. The other 750M have to come from somewhere.
