Why would Mac place the Trademarks into Radient's wholly owned subsidiary? In order to have a shell you must deplete the corporation of assets..Most of the accounts payable would be pass the 4 year California statutes of limitations....

Clean shell soon you understand...The accounts payable would be around 200,000 since AMDL Diagnostics has received from 100,000 a year from Uni-Pharma agreement.
