For any traders that know, the 'accumilation distribution indicator on chart is one of the best ways to know if dilution is going on. Even is a stock spikes, on high volume, if that indicator is falling as stock is spiking...run!
HKUP accum/distri shows drop starting in April, but since they locked up those notes out of toxic hands you can see the accum/distri rose...and has been trading sideways since June.
That means there is no dilution or major note conversions going on
It is one of the best indicators to use on any stocks you are trading and want to know are they selling stock into rallies
