Settlement terms:
Could be anything including monetary compensation. It should be clear why Amarin/Floyd brought Antitrust attorney's to oral argument. I felt perhaps we would hear some reference to this in First Arguement, I was wrong.

I strongly believe I'm correct, when you add the totality of NCE & First suit you have a solid antitrust or "takings" clause suit. If FDA doesn't settle it will go this direction. FDA can't defend against arbitrary & capricious in NCE suit...they can't win this if Amarin is forced to go all the way.

I'm pumped Amarin is prepared to go this road if needed...and I will maintain as much pressure on Senate HELP and FDA including a full hearing prior to 21st Century Cures Act passing committee.
