The legal minds here seem to think the case will hold as a national precedent of case law (like Caronia), which would therefore seem to hold water across the country. Amarin is certainly proceeding like it does if you look at recent new marketing for ANCHOR.

To be honest Kiwi I am stumped on the possible settlement terms, and was surprised to hear about the letter. My initial questions is what will Amarin gain that they haven't already taken by fighting for and winning their rights in court?

I honestly don't know, but I do very much doubt it's to avoid an appeal of the case.
