I checked on the current status of trademark applications over the weekend.... It appears that recently -the 2 oppositions / extensions to file oppositions (which were granted) filed against LEVAMEN , and NULIEF (1 per) have been terminated .... so either time ran out or the oppositions were thrown out....

....so the way I understand it is they are both owned by NRTI now ....and in 60 days? - there is a letter sent to make it "official"

....so this information I have provided and 5 bucks won't buy your lunch - but will buy you 7,142 shares of NRTI ... so you got that going for ya!!
